Semester Live Courses

Engage in live classes with teachers and peers, plus interactive activities like Student Council. Following an August–May calendar, these semester-based courses have weekly deadlines to keep students on track. Ideal for students who thrive on structure and real-time interaction in a collaborative learning environment.

Flex On Demand Courses

Learn at your own pace with year-round enrollment and no live classes. Complete modules flexibly within six months with no late penalties, guided by pacing recommendations. Ideal for students seeking flexibility and independence.

$315 per course

Official Transcript Request Fee

Returned Payment Fee

A returned payment fee will be assessed the first time a payment fails. An uncollected fee may be reattempted up to two more times. Rescheduled failed payments are not subject to a fee if they fail.

$30 each

Late Payment Fee

Any payment outstanding after the due date(s) will be assessed a late fee. Any bill outstanding for one month may result in the termination of a student’s enrollment from BYU OHS.

$20 each

Tuition Payment Plan Options

Tuition payments can be made through one of the following payment plans:

Pay in Full (Semester or Course-Based)

Tuition is calculated on a per-semester or per-course basis.

  • Fall (August): Semester tuition is charged August 1. Courses added after August 1 are charged at course registration.
  • Spring (January): Semester tuition is charged January 1. Courses added after January 1 are charged at course registration.
Monthly Payment Plan

Available only to full-time students taking a majority of their courses as Semester Live courses.

Tuition is calculated per semester and paid in four installments.

  • Fall (August–November): Payments due August 1, September 1, October 1, and November 1.
  • Spring (January–April): Payments due January 1, February 1, March 1, and April 1.
ESA Payment Plan

Available only to students using state-funded Education Savings Account (ESA) funds.

Tuition is processed in accordance with state ESA funding guidelines and timelines. Families are responsible for ensuring all required documentation and approvals are submitted to facilitate payment.

Auto-Pay

Tuition will be billed and automatically processed through auto-pay according to the selected payment plan. Payments will be made via FACTS SIS, based on the plan chosen by the student and/or parent during enrollment.

    • Pay the full school year's tuition upfront in a single payment.
  2. Semester Payment Plan
    • Pay the full school year's tuition in two installments, one at the beginning of each semester in August and January.
  3. Monthly Payment Plan
    • Pay the full school year's tuition in 8 installments, due at the beginning of each month from August to March.
    • Typically for full-time students taking most courses as Semester Live courses (following a semester schedule) who enroll before the add/drop deadlines.
    • $30 payment plan fee applies, distributed equally across all 8 payments.
  4. Pay As You Go
    • Pay tuition for each course in full at the time of registration.
    • Typically for non full-time students taking most courses as Flex On Demand courses (not following a semester schedule) who enroll after the add/drop deadlines.
